Policeman on motorcycle on duty in Moscow near one of the largest exhibition centre and metro (subway) station. As you can see the police officer is quite well equipped and has a very powerful high-speed motorcycle from well known brand. Police in Moscow equipped and works better, than any other place in Russia, but probably the same thing will be in most capitals all over the World. It's not recommended to dispute with police in any country and Russia is not exception, although majority of them are nice people.
